Custom Medal Production Process:
We will create an artwork proof when we receive your design, image or roughly idea.
Computerized system is used to engrave your design on to the mould surface.
After melting at high temperature, raw material will be injected in to the mould.
On completion on injection, waste material is eliminated to reveal the completed design.
Each pc of medal will be polished smoothly and shiny.
Various plating colours can now be processed.
The design indentations are carefully hand-filled one colour at a time using different size syringes, and placed to dry.
Neck lanyard / ribbon will be stitched with the medal.
All items are strictly inspected before delivery.
